Controversial Penalty Saved Chelsea From Home Defeat: Chelsea 2:2 West Brom

Chelsea 2:2 West Brom
Mourinho almost lost the match, until referee Andre Marriner came to his rescue.
Eden Hazard scored a controversial penalty deep into stoppage time to rescue a point for Chelsea from a 2-2 draw against West Brom and save Jose Mourinho from a first Barclays Premier League home defeat as Blues boss.

The Belgian midfielder, recalled to the side after being left out of the midweek Champions League win over Schalke for disciplinary reasons, converted after referee Andre Mariner pointed to the spot for what looked like a fair shoulder challenge by Steven Reid on Ramires.

It was rough justice on West Brom, who had looked set for another memorable away victory after winning at Manchester United in September.

After the game, Mourinho said: 'I am sure it was a penalty. I watched it and I watched it from different angles and there is no doubt that it is a penalty.'
Yes Mourinho, anyone can say that as far as the decision is to their favor.

EPL Match Review: Arsenal 0-2 Chelsea

Chelsea s Juan Mata fires in the shot which put his side two up against Arsenal. Picture: Toby Melville/Reuters
Arsene Wenger men played well, but were unable to see Chelsea's net.
The Gunners opted for sidelines crosses, instead of working their way into Chelsea's 18 yard box with their usual one-twos touches.

Chelsea maintained their usual play pattern. They approached their opponent subtly and forceful. They utilized their chances well.
The first goal came when in the 25 minute of the game when Azpilicueta latched on to Carl Jenkinson poor back header and brilliantly shoot past Arsenal goalie.
The Blues second goal came in the 66 minute of the second half, when Juan Mata controlled the ball on the edge of the box and took a touch before unleashing a venomous right-footed strike, booking Chelsea’s place in the fifth round.

I'd like to know what you think about Mourinho's record so far as Chelsea boss. Is he a good manager or a poor manager?

Match Preview: Norwich vs Chelsea

Chelsea drew last week against Tottenham. The match ended 1-1 and the low-scoring contest wasn't a big deal. Some people said that Chelsea were lucky to have pulled a dray
Chelsea have made it difficult for anyone to score on them.

Meanwhile, Norwich have scored just one goal in their last three EPL contests. Where are their goals going to come from in this contest? My answer is that they won't.

Norwich will get a boost from playing this match at home, but that will only be good enough to keep this one close.
Here is today's Chelsea line-up against Norwich (kick off 1:30pm UK time)
Cech; Ivanovic, D Luiz, Terry (c), Cole; Ramires, Lampard; Oscar, Mata, Schurrle; Ba Subs: Schwarzer, Azpilicueta, Cahill, Essien, Willian, Hazard, Eto'o #CFC Here is today's line-up vs. Norwich (k/o 1:30pm UK time) Cech; Ivanovic, D Luiz, Terry (c), Cole; Ramires, Lampard; Oscar, Mata, Schurrle; Ba Subs: Schwarzer, Azpilicueta, Cahill, Essien, Willian, Hazard, Eto'o #CFC Here is today's line-up vs. Norwich (k/o 1:30pm UK time) Cech; Ivanovic, D Luiz, Terry (c), Cole; Ramires, Lampard; Oscar, Mata, Schurrle; Ba Subs: Schwarzer, Azpilicueta, Cahill, Essien, Willian, Hazard, Eto'o
